Treasure Goblin Event
On the base level Greedy Emissary event is overly simple. It features special mobs from Diablo called Treasure Goblins that carry loot with them, and players have to defeat them as fast as possible to claim the rewards.

Event Loop
- Portal spawns: on the hour and half-hour (e.g., x:00 / x:30), indicated by a portal icon if you are in that zone .
- Goblin arrival: Treasure Goblins spawn 5 minutes later (x:05 / x:35), with low health and need to be burst quickly.
- Zone rotation: confirmed portals in Dornogal and Undermine
Goblin Affixes & Elixirs
Goblins have Diablo-themed affixes activated by elixirs (Arcane, Explosive, Storming, etc.). You can use up to six elixirs per portal to potentially spawn multiple goblins .
Goblin Affix Scaling
0 affixes: 1 goblin with 1 random affix
1: 1 goblin with 1 portal + 1 random affix
2: 1 goblin with 2 portal affixes
3: 2 goblins (one with 2 portal affixes, one with 1 portal + 1 random)
...up to 6 affixes = 3 goblins, each with 2 portal affixes.

Event Tips
- Zone-hopping teams: coordinate to cover multiple zones.
- Add-ons/tracking: use tools like Xirev’s sheets.
- Cross-faction engagement: goblins spawn in enemy capitals—be ready with stealth or flight macros.
- Daily routine: do your first kill early for best chances at rare drops.
Rewards
- Hellcaller Chests: first 10 per day guarantee 6 Hellstone Shards; subsequent chests have lower chances .
- Mounts: Tyrael’s Charger returns; new Inarius’ Charger added .
- Pets, toys, bags, transmog: Baa’lial Soulstone, Nightmare Banner, Tome of Town Portal, Twelve‑String Guitar, Horadric Haversack, Wirt’s weapons, Enmity Bundle, Livestock Axe, Treasure Bag cloak .
- Charms: Diablo-style inventory charms, ~2-hour buffs .a
Tier 2 Recolors & Legacy Loot
- tier 2 Recolors: 13 class recolored Tier 2 sets, 40 Hellstone Shards each, sold by Baranar in Dornogal
- Collector’s Bounty: global buff increasing legacy loot drop rates
